By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Services Provided

Our platform offers tools to help home service professionals review design drafts.

We do not guarantee specific results or business growth and are not responsible for financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Fees and Payments

Our platform offers subscription plans from $9.99 per month. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Free trials require a credit card to sign up but can be cancelled anytime before the end of the trial period to avoid charges.

4. User Responsibilities

For Businesses:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business and customers.
Comply with all applicable laws, including tax and labor regulations.
Ensure customer information is collected and used in compliance with privacy laws.
You are solely responsible for any penalties, fines, or legal actions arising from non-compliance.

For Consumers:

Use the consumer portal responsibly to review and discuss the plans. Always follow up with your construction professionals via email and phone.

5. Restricted Business Categories

Our platform is intended exclusively for home remodeling and maintenance professionals. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in violation of this policy.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect business and customer information to facilitate a seamless experience.
Information is not shared with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., Stripe for subscription charges).

7. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our platform.

9. Third-Party Services

Payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not liable for issues arising from Stripe’s services.

Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
